What we collect
When you request a quote or send us a message we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the in-home consultation, prepare your estimate and keep you updated while your countertops are fabricated and installed. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept longer so we can support warranty claims and meet our accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to oh@keystone-granite.com or call (380) 234-2248 and we will action the request.
