Estimates and quotes

Our estimates are free. We come to your property for a design consultation, take measurements and issue a tailored price quote based on what we find and the specification agreed with you.

A figure given over the phone or by email before we have measured is indicative only. The written quote that follows the site visit is the one that governs the work.

Material selection and availability

All of our granite, quartz, quartzite and marble is 100% authentic stone sourced from suppliers worldwide. Natural stone varies from slab to slab in colour, veining and pattern, and those variations are a property of the material rather than a defect.

Availability of some colours and styles may be limited. Please contact us to confirm your selection before you commit to a design around it.

Fabrication and installation

Once you approve the slab we inspect it, template your space, cut and shape the stone, polish it and install it. Installation of the countertops we fabricate is included in the price quoted, along with a protective sealer application.

Templating requires the cabinets or base units to be in their final position and level. Where a room is not ready on the agreed date, we will rebook the template visit at the earliest slot available.

Cabinets

Keystone Granite Ohio currently focuses on cabinet supply only. We do not carry out cabinet installation, so cabinets purchased from us are fitted by you or by a contractor of your choosing.

Cabinet lines are supplied on a lead time quoted at the point of order. Stock, semi-custom and fully custom options carry different lead times and pricing.

Changes to an order

Any change to an agreed specification, including a different slab, a different edge profile or an altered cutout, is treated as a variation. We will confirm the cost and any effect on the schedule before it proceeds.

Stone is cut to the template taken at your property. Once a slab has been cut to your specification it cannot be returned or reused elsewhere.

Care and warranties

Manufacturer warranties on stone, cabinets, flooring and sinks are passed to you in full and are governed by the manufacturer own terms. We will tell you what applies to the products you have chosen.

Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by misuse, impact, harsh or abrasive cleaners, or work later altered by someone else. Care guidance for your surface is available on request and in our countertop guides.
